Maskaras Mexican Grill is a Unique Concept on a Mexican Restaurant, It´s One of a Kind since there´s nothing themed on Wrestling for restaurants in the United States. “Maskaras” is an SPANGLISH word meaning the same in English & Spanish… “Mask & Mascaras”.

Maskaras Mexican Grill is a Family Restaurant owned by couple Zulma V. Hernández & Rodolfo Jiménez. Zulma, an Ex Beauty Queen from San Juan de los Lagos, Jalisco & also an entrepreneur in México. Rodolfo Jiménez was born in Guadalajara, land of Tequila & Mariachis; he is a former model, host & actor with a well known reputation on the entertainment business; he worked in fashion & television for over 24 years in Networks such as Univision, Bravo TV, NBC, Telemundo & more.

They were tired of the cliché of Mexican Restaurant´s décor such as sombreros, maracas, pictures of Pancho Villa, etc., than no longer reflects what México holds as a country with a wide variety of culture. Together as a couple they decided to change the way Mexican Food & Restaurants needed to be seen and taste; based in the roots of Authentic Recipes from their Mothers & experimenting with flavors in the kitchen to create Delicious Gorumet Tacos & Dishes, that could change the way Texas and the rest of the Country DINE. They added Garments, Masks & Items of Lucha Libre that Mr. Rodolfo owns & have been collecting for over 35 years as their main decoration, making the place a mini museum & adding an unforgettable experience for families and their kids.
